You know the room but forget shroud cloth, leave water running, or reposition stretchers inefficiently during Crying Girl scares. This walkthrough breaks sterilization into muscle-memory checkpoints you can execute under jumpscare pressure without reading prompts twice.

Pre-Positioning Checklist

Accept call, move to elevator before stretcher arrives. Open path wide — no chairs or obstacles blocking stretcher pivot. Enter Ruang Sterilisasi with stretcher on correct side for platform approach. Identify which platform is free before committing — backtracking with loaded stretcher during entity window is dangerous.

Wash Phase Checkpoints

Body on platform. Stretcher cleared. Water on. Soap grabbed from near-door shelf. Scrub prompt complete. Water off — always off before shroud phase. Confirm prompt checklist empty before moving body.

Shroud Phase Checkpoints

When required: cloth from opposite shelf, central table laid, body moved, wrap animation complete, body returned to stretcher with right-side alignment. When not required: skip directly to elevator phase. Never assume shroud status from previous calls — read current assignment.
